Flex Pack is a service that gives you total freedom to cancel your booking or change the date of your flight without having to justify the reason, in case your plans change.
You can contract it during the flight booking process with Fly or Fly Light bundles, and it allows you to:
- Cancel your booking up to 48 hours before departure and get back the amount in the form of Flight Credit.
- Change your flight without having to pay the change fee, only the price difference, if any.
How does it work?
If you decide to cancel
- You can cancel the entire booking if the flights are operated by Vueling. If one of the flights has been flown, you may cancel the other journey.
- The amount will be saved in the form of Flight Credit, which you can use to book again for yourself or for someone else.
- The cancellation will affect all the passengers in the booking.
If you decide to change your flight
- You may change it only once, up to 2 hours before the departure of the flight.
- You won't have to pay the change fee (which is EUR 55-70). You'll only pay the price difference, if any.
- You can change any flight in your booking (outbound or return).
- Even if you change your flight, you'll still be able to cancel it later on. The amount will be saved as Flight Credit and will be valid for 18 months from the date it is issued.
- The change will affect all the passengers in the booking.
