Online check-in is the process by which you confirm your seat and get your boarding pass through the website or by mobile phone. Also, on the day of your flight, if you don't have to check in any luggage, you can go straight to the boarding gate.
If you need to check in any luggage, we also advise you to check in online and, on the day of your flight, to go to the check-in desk just to drop off your bags.

What do I need to check in online?
- You need to have your booking code. You can find it in the confirmation email you received when you booked. If you can't find the email, just resend it.
- Check-in will be available based on the bundle you purchased when you made your booking:
- If you have the Fly Light bundle, check-in online opens 24 hours before departure.
- If you're travelling with the Fly bundle, check-in opens 3 days before departure.
- If you purchased the Fly Grande bundle, check-in opens 7 days before departure.
If random seats aren't available, you'll be assigned a seat free of charge at the check-in desk on the day of your flight.
When can I check in online?
Online check-in is available up to 50 minutes before departure (certain exceptions apply).

Online check-in for minors
Minors, travelling alone or accompanied, can check in online to get their boarding passes.
If you did not state that the passenger is a minor when booking the ticket, they will have to check in at the check-in desks at the airport, or by calling our Customer Services.
Airport check-in
If you have experienced problems checking in online, don't worry. Remember that you can always get your boarding passes at the airport free of charge.
