If you check in through our app or via our mobile portal, you can access your passes in the Boarding Pass section of our app, even offline.
You can also download your boarding passes to your phone's virtual Wallet, then you can open them whenever you like, without having to be connected to the internet. If you have an iPhone, the Wallet app will be installed on your terminal by default. If you have a device with the Android O.S., you can download one of the many Passbook applications that exist in Google Play.
Most airports allow you to check in online, but there are certain airports that don't offer this service.
If your mobile phone has a problem or the battery runs down, go to the check-in desk to get a printed copy of your boarding pass at no extra charge.
