Compensation voucher

If you have requested compensation and, after reviewing your case, we confirm that you are entitled to it, you will have the option to receive it as a compensation voucher.

What does the compensation voucher consist of?

The voucher is a flight credit valid for up to 18 months from its issue date and can be used to purchase Vueling tickets for yourself or anyone you choose. If you select this compensation option, you will receive a code by email that you must add at the end of the payment process of your booking via our website.

How to use your voucher

  1. Go to our website and choose your flights. At the moment, this option is not available in our app.
  2. At the end of the process, on the payment page, add your voucher code in the Flight Credit section.
  3. Once completed, you will be able to see your available balance. If the booking price exceeds the available credit, you can pay the difference by card. Otherwise, the remaining amount will be kept for future bookings.

Compensation voucher conditions

  • The compensation voucher is valid for 18 months from its issue date.
  • It can be used for one or more bookings until the amount is exhausted and within its validity period, with no date restrictions. It is not personal or nominative, so it can be used for your own bookings or for third parties.
  • The available amount can be checked when making a new booking, at the time of payment.
  • It is valid for all fares and additional services. It is also compatible with resident and large family discounts.
  • A maximum of 1 compensation voucher can be used per booking.
