If your flight has been delayed for over 2 hours, you have the following rights.
Our ground staff will offer you the following free of charge:
* Tickets for meals and beverages according to the length of the delay.
* 2 telephone calls, e-mails or fax messages.
* If you have to wait overnight: accommodation, meals and transport to your accommodation and back to the airport.
If it is delayed by over 5 hours, you are also entitled to the following:
* Refund of the full cost of the unused journey or journeys within 7 days of receiving your claim, through the same method you used to pay for your booking.
* Refund of the full cost of the journey or journeys already taken if the trip no longer serves its original purpose, through the same method you used to pay for your booking.
* A return flight to your first point of departure if you have already taken the first flight and you miss your connecting flight.

If you have missed a connecting flight due to a delay or cancellation, please note:

Compensation
The delay that entitles you to compensation is calculated according to the time of arrival at your destination. If you get to your destination 3 or more hours later than the scheduled time, you are also entitled to request financial compensation, except if the delay is caused by extraordinary circumstances like the weather. The compensation amount will vary according to how far your destination is:
