I want to change my flight

If you want to change your flight, you just have to go to your booking and follow the steps you'll see there. You can change the date and time of your flight up to 2 hours before departure through our website or app. The change will affect everyone in the booking, as it is not possible to change it just for one passenger. You can't change the origin and/or destination or the selected fare either.


We make it easy for you to change your flight

  • If you have booked the Fly Grande bundle, you'll have unlimited flight changes. With this service you can also cancel your booking and get Flight Credit. You'll only have to pay any fare difference there might be.
  • Besides, if you added the Flex Pack service when you booked, you'll be able to change your flight without having to pay the change fee, just the fare difference. With this service you can also cancel your booking and get Flight Credit.
  • If you haven't booked the Flex Pack service, you'll have a change fee from EUR 50.00 (if more than 15 days left until flight departure) or from EUR 60.00 (less than 15 days until departure), plus the fare difference.
  • In the event of exceptional circumstances, such as illness, surgery, high-risk pregnancy or court summons affecting one of the passengers in the booking, you can also request a change (time or date). All you will pay is the fare difference (if any). You must submit the documents through our website within one month of the date of travel.
  • If you have added our Full cover or Trip cancellation insurance, find out how to cut your trip short if anyone in your booking or in your family has an injury or illness.



Grace period

If you make a mistake when you book your flight
, you have 24 hours from the time of purchase to change the date (time or day) free of charge. All you will pay is the fare difference (if any).


Flights purchased through agencies or third parties

If you wish to change a flight that you bought with Avios, you can also do so in the Change Your Flight section of our website.


Seats and other ancillaries

When changing your flight, we'll allocate you a similar seat to the one you chose originally. If no seat is available in the same category, we'll offer you one of a category immediately above. If you have booked other additional services (bags, priority boarding, pets on board, etc.), they all remain the same when making the change.


Flights operated by other airlines

If any of the flights in your booking is operated by another airline, you must contact our Customer Services Centre to request the change.
