Brussels Airport

Brussels Airport, also known as Zaventem, is the closest to the city, located 14 km north-west of the Belgian capital. Vueling operates from Terminal 1 of this airport.

How can you get around from the airport?
  • By taxi: There's a taxi rank opposite the Arrivals area. The journey to Brussels takes about 18 minutes.
  • By bus: A regular bus service links the Airport to the city centre as well as the Headquarters of NATO and the European Commission. The journey takes 30 minutes.

    Long-distance buses also run to Antwerp, Eindhoven, Liège and Valenciennes.

  • By train: A train service links the airport to the main stations in Brussels: Gare Centrale, Gare du Nord and Gare du Midi.

    Direct trains also run to Ghent, De Panne and Quievrain/Quevy.
