Communications by email
All communications, including those related to your bookings, are sent in the language specified in your Vueling Club preferences. If you want to change it, you can do so through the “Preference centre” link you will find at the bottom of the emails you receive from Vueling and Vueling Club.
If you have chosen not to receive our communications and you make a booking, the communications will be sent in the language in which the booking was made. To change the language, you must contact our Customer Service Centre.
Bookings and actions
Vueling.com is available in 10 languages: Spanish, Catalan, German, English, Basque, French, Galician, Italian, Dutch and Portuguese. You can carry out any actions on our website in any of the abovementioned languages. Just change the language tab in the top right corner of the page.
Vueling app language
The Vueling app language is defined by default according to the device language and therefore cannot be changed.
