If you've forgotten your Vueling Club password, don't worry! We can help you to recover it.

 

Vueling Club account locked or closed

If you can't log in to your Vueling Club account because it's locked or closed, you'll need to contact Avios through the Vueling Club app (available for Android and iOS). In the menu you'll find the option "Talk to us".
 

Problems with two-step verification

To carry out some actions in Vueling Club, you need to set up two-step verification.

What is two-step verification?

Two-step verification (2FA) is a security measure that adds extra protection to your account. In addition to your password, we will ask for a code that you will receive on your phone or by email to confirm it’s really you.

What should I do if I haven’t received the code?

If you need us to resend the verification code, please contact us.
