If you've forgotten your Vueling Club password, don't worry! We can help you to recover it.

 

Vueling Club account blocked

If, when trying to access your Vueling Club account, you are asked to wait 30 minutes or 24 hours, it means that after several failed attempts, access has been temporarily blocked for security reasons. Please try again after this time and remember that you can request a password reminder.

If the maximum number of attempts is exceeded, the account will be blocked indefinitely and you will need to contact our customer service.
 

Problems with two-step verification

To carry out some actions in Vueling Club, you need to set up two-step verification.

What is two-step verification?

Two-step verification (2FA) is a security measure that adds extra protection to your account. In addition to your password, we will ask for a code that you will receive on your phone or by email to confirm it’s really you.

What should I do if I haven’t received the code?

If you need us to resend the verification code, please contact us.
