You can use your Avios to cover part or the total of the cost of your flights with Vueling and any extras you add to your booking (bags, seat selection, insurance, etc).
Spend Avios on a booking
1. Identify yourself as a member of Vueling Club with your email address and password
2. Search for a flight.
3. On the payment page, you'll see your available Avios balance and the discount you can use.
Spend Avios on extras
1. Identify yourself as a member of Vueling Club with your email address and password
2. Access your booking and add any extras you need (seats, bags, etc.)
3. On the payment page, you'll see your available Avios balance and the discount you can use.
When you pay for a flight with an Avios discount, you'll collect Avios for the remaining balance that you pay. Remember that you can use them to buy any flight, regardless of who the passenger is.
Why can't I see any Avios discounts on the payment screen?
1. Make sure that you have identified yourself correctly with your Vueling Club username to make the booking or purchase extras
2. Please note that a minimum amount of Avios is required in order to spend them and that the amount of Avios you can spend will also depend on the value of your purchase. You'll generally be able to spend your Avios if you have at least 500, and if not, you can still continue to collect Avios for future bookings.
