If you prefer to arrive at the boarding gate with your own chair, it will be lowered into the hold for you free of charge.
Please note that some airports have a special metal checkpoint that the wheelchair must go through, for this reason it is necessary to be accompanied as it will be necessary to change to an airport wheelchair, so that security personnel can examine the wheelchair according to the procedure established at that specific airport.
Once you arrive at your destination, the airport assistance service will take you to the baggage carousel to collect the chair. If for specific reasons you need it upon landing, please let us know so we can arrange it.
