Important:
- If you already have a booking and want to add luggage for only some passengers, you must do so during the check-in process (available only from your computer). You can also do so by calling our Customer Services Centre or at the airport (subject to availability). Prices vary depending on the booking.
- If at the boarding gate your underseat cabin bag exceeds the permitted size (40x30x20 cm), it will be checked in at a cost of 60 EUR to 75 EUR per item and flight.
- If at the boarding gate any piece of luggage exceeds 55x40x20 cm, you will have to check it in at a cost of 110 EUR to 140 EUR per item and flight.
- Remember that you must be able to handle your luggage independently, including placing your cabin bag in the overhead compartment. If you cannot do this, it will need to be checked in.
- This check-in fee will also apply at the boarding gate to all the pieces of luggage that have not been booked in advance.
- Luggage already booked cannot be changed or cancelled.
