If you think you have left behind or lost a personal item on the plane, we explain the steps to follow to retrieve it as soon as possible.
1. Complete the form entering all relevant information, such as a description of the item (colour, size, brand), flight details (flight number, seat number, date and route) and your own details (name, phone number, contact email).
2. For our part, we record all objects found on board. Please note that sometimes it may take us a few days to do this.
3. As soon as the system detects a match with your lost item, we'll contact you by email so you can confirm if it is your item and choose the shipping method.
Remember, you must fill in the form with the details of your lost item so we can identify it and deliver it to you correctly.
Important information:
• Personal identification documents (ID card, passport, etc.) are handed over to the airport authorities.
• Due to storage limitations, we only keep lost items for one month from the date they were found. Perishable products are destroyed the next day.
WHAT DO I DO IF I LEFT SOMETHING AT THE AIRPORT?
If you left an item at the airport, the airport itself is responsible for handling your claim. To retrieve it, you will need to go to airport lost and found office, where any found items are handed in.
