If you forgot to sign in as a Vueling Club member when you made your booking, don’t worry: you can claim the Avios and tier points from your personal area.
Bear in mind the following:
- You can claim your Avios and tier points up to 180 days after the date of your flight.
- You can collect Avios and tier points on flights sold by Vueling. Flights sold by other airlines accrue Avios according to the terms of the agreement with the partner airline.
- Vueling Club members at the Basic tier only earn tier points.
- Avios and tier points appear in your account once you have taken the flight.
- The name on the booking must match those of your Vueling Club account.
- Each passenger earns Avios and tier points individually for their flights and can check their Avios and tier points in their personal area.
