Although we recommend choosing your seat and checking in online before your flight, you can always get your boarding passes free of charge and check in your luggage at our check-in area.
In addition to our desks, we also have self-service check-in kiosks at many of our main airports, helping you move through the airport faster and avoid unnecessary queues.
Where they are available?
You can use this service at the following airports:
Barcelona Airport (BCN)
Paris-Orly Airport (ORY)
London Gatwick Airport (LGW)
Rome Airport (FCO)
How does it work?
At airports with self-service check-in kiosks, you can manage your trip quickly, independently and without queues, although our staff will be available if you have any questions or need support. You can:
Get your boarding pass: either by checking in or reprinting it if you need to.
Print the tag for your checked luggage.
Once you have the tag, the bag drop process may vary depending on the airport:
At most airports, specifically Barcelona, Paris-Orly and London Gatwick, you can drop off your case yourself in the designated areas by scanning the tag.
At others, such as Rome, you will need to go to a desk to hand your luggage over to the airport staff.
