- By taxi: There are taxi ranks outside all terminals. The journey to Milan city centre takes 49 minutes.

By bus: A regular bus service links the terminals (especially T1) to various destinations: the bus station, Milan city centre, Linate, Verona, Sesto and Turin.
The Malpensa Bus Express service links the airport to the train station in Milan. The journey to the railway station takes 1 hour.
- By train: The Malpensa Express train runs from T1 to Milano Cadorna station. The journey takes 40 minutes. This train also stops at some underground stations.
