Minors who must be accompanied
Minors who are under 12 years old at the time of the flight must always be accompanied by someone aged 16 or over.
Italian minors (under 14 years of age) travelling to or from Italy, and Romanian minors (under 18 years of age) travelling to or from Romania, must be accompanied.
Minors who can travel alone
Minors who are over 16 years old at the time of the flight may fly unaccompanied by an adult. They can also book connecting flights, but only through our website vueling.com. These types of bookings are not yet available through our app.
Minors between ages 12 and 15 may fly unaccompanied by an adult, provided that they present the required documentation. Italian minors between the ages of 14 and 17 (inclusive) may travel unaccompanied to or from Italy.
Minors travelling unaccompanied on international flights may be required by the authorities to present a consent form signed by their parents or legal guardians.
