Vueling Club has four tiers—Basic, Smart, Plus and Premium—and with each tier the benefits increase. These are just some of the benefits:
- Priority boarding
- Exclusive check-in desks
- Fast Track (subject to availability at the airport)
- Free standard seat selection
- Piece of luggage in the overhead locker
- Flight changes without a change fee (you only pay the fare difference, if any)
- Exclusive customer service channel
Benefits are personal and apply only to the tier holder, unless otherwise indicated.
IMPORTANT: Always sign in as a Vueling Club member when you make bookings so you can enjoy the benefits of your tier. We recommend doing this when you make your booking but, if necessary, you can do it later through Manage Booking or during check-in.
How do Vueling Club tiers work?
The tier is determined by the tier points collected during the previous period (what we call the “qualifying year”), which runs from April 1st to March 31st.
- Once you've collected the necessary tier points, you'll move up to the next tier within 48 hours and unlock the benefits of your new tier until the end of the next annual cycle.
- If you don't reach the minimum required to keep your tier, you'll be downgraded to the corresponding tier based on the points you've collected. If you need to be downgraded to Basic, you'll first be moved to Smart and will only be definitively downgraded to Basic after two consecutive years without meeting the minimum requirement.
