Remember, in certain countries the authorities require all travellers to fill in a health or contact form before arrival (check the list).


Unexpected COVID-related events

-  If you have tested positive for COVID-19 (via PCR or antigen), you can request a flight refund in the form of Flight Credit through Customer Services.

- If entry restrictions have been put in place at your destination or place of origin unexpectedly after you booked your flight, or compulsory lockdown or quarantine restrictions that cannot be avoided even with a negative COVID test. In these cases, you can manage your booking through our website or app.
